I complete a thorough evaluation of the home with "Buyers Eyes". During my evaluation I give you a honest
and professional assessment where I review at least 15 items in most rooms.
Furniture & Accessory Placement
I will arrange furnishings in the focal point areas of the home and focus on the architectural features, selling
points, and not of the homes contents.
Photo & Video Arrangements
Before having the home photographed or video taped I come in and set the stage so that pictures and
videos represent the best that the home has to offer.
