You choose a photo from any interior magazine; I will then recreate a similar room within your
budget. I will shop locally to find similar decor and furnishings, also purchase or custom make
your window treatments and bedding to create a designer look keeping it all within your
decorating budget.
Most of the designer rooms you see in these magazines have a high end designer cost from
$20,000 to $300,000 and up. You shouldn't have to spend that kind of money to get a high end
look for your space. The secret is having a designer who knows how to transform your space to
look like those high end designer rooms while costing you very little but still have the appearance
as it you spent a fortune.
To get started we'll begin with an initial in "Design Idea Consultation". During the Consultation we
will discuss general decorating ideas for the room(s) you would like decorated using the
inspirational photo as our guide such as: Window and Wall Treatments, Paint Selection &
Coordination, General Furniture Placement and decide which existing items can be used. With a
review of Artwork, Accessories and Creating the Theme, Mood & Style of your inspiration room.
The Consultation fee $85.00
I will continue, with shopping for the items necessary to complete the make over. I will then
introduce you with a full shopping list including; photos, prices and locations of the items for you
to purchase. This usually takes 2-3 weeks to complete the entire shopping list.
Redesign Shopping $360.00
At this time you have the freedom to purchase the items from the list I provide and put the design
together yourself. Or you can hire Designs By Diane to purchase items for you and/or put the
room together.
